Registration

Registration is now open for the 2011 Pickerel Run on Sunday, July 3.

Online registration will close on July 1, 2011.

To register by mail, you must send your form before June 27, 2011. If you mail your form after that date and it is not received by race day, you are responsible for paying the race day fee and your mailed-in check will be sent back to you upon receipt - no exceptions.

Registration in person will be available on Saturday, July 2, at Dick's Sporting Goods from 12 Noon to 3:00 PM, and on Race Day at the Algonac High School from 7:15 to 8:20 AM.

The Pickerel Run fully supports the Leader Dogs for the Blind which provides dog guides to people who are blind and visually impaired to enhance their mobility, independence and quality of life.

Age Groups and Awards
Participants will compete in the following Male and Female Age Groups for the 10K Run, 5K Run and 5K Walk: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.

Prizes in the form of Gift Certificates and medals will be given to the top Male and Female Overall Winners (10K Run & 5K Run only).

Medals will be given to the Overall Masters Winners, top three (3) Male and Female Age Group Winners for the 10K Run and 5K Run, and Overall 5K Walk Male and Female Winners.

All finishers in the Kids Minnow 1/4 Mile will receive an award.
